This might be related to RL and their Dynasty system but I'm not completely sure because it's only affecting one singular member.

One of my sims seems to be hit with the Mean bug again, shouting forbidden words and yelling at family members autonomously. My sim's children are now getting the Big Meanie Face sentiment in their Profile. It's also dramatically affecting the Romance level for my sim and their husband.

The Dynasty I'm in encourages acting nice and my sim has the Good trait.
