Autonomous Phone Interaction even with Dislikes Phones

Hi, After March 17 bugfix my sims and NPCs with 'Dislikes Phones' are still using their phones autonomously, but now they get the “Uncomfortable” moodlet, which doesn't stop the interaction ''Browse...
