Autonomous Phone Interaction even with Dislikes Phones

I'm also still having this issue. I ended up putting my "no autonomous phones" mod back in because the dislike doesn't work well enough. 

Same here, my teens with the dislikes phones trait keep pulling out their phones anyway and doing the animations for snapping photos or typing on it while walking. It's driving me mad. They aren't pulling them out and playing games or browsing the web on them anymore as an activity though so at least there is that.

Gave my entire family of spellcasters the dislikes phone so they would stop using their phones so much - but all of them still use their phones and get the uncomfortable moodlet. and every time i force them to use their phones they get the uncomfortable moodlet like when i invite someone over etc. 

The whole phone use system with idle animation needs to be reworked and only given to sims with certain traits like geek or genius. no one likes the constant phone use and getting an uncomfortable moodlet just made it even more annoying. I want my spellscasters to be tech free but I cant. 

Sims will no longer play a "Browse Phone" idle when they have the Dislike Phones preference.

Fixed in Patch 1.128.90/2.39
