Baking can't be picked into portions if a secret ingredient is used

when do they T-Pose ? When you first create the family recipe or when you bake one from the family recipe ? Does this happen all the time or only in an open business ?

Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?

- Delete the ones you have
- Trigger the error again
- Check if new ones are created
- If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor.

Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Posting the info is meant for troubleshooting.

I haven't created a family recipe, but after I've baked something, it gives my sim an option to add a secret ingredient (or I guess it's more of a secret spice? Salainen mauste in Finnish). The quick flash of t-pose happens when the sim walks near the plate and should start the animation to grab a portion. The t-posing is visible only sometimes, I took a couple of videos to demonstrate. I made the sim walk a bit away so the error is more visible. The shop was closed when I now tested it. But it is on a small business / residential lot.

Oh you mean adding spices from the City Living pack ?

Does it matter which food you make ?

It seems to be affecting only baked foods (so pies, cookies etc). I made fish tacos and tried the "add secret spice" and it didn't bug, so I could take a plate as normal (I have a video again). I was about to try it on the pie also but it greys out and says that "you need to wait a bit to use this again."

I haven't used the spices enough to be sure what option is actually the one to use the curry, wasabi etc. Are you supposed to be able to use them if they are not in the played sims' inventory? I took them out and gave them to another sim when I used the "add secret spice" on the pie. The spices were in his inventory on previous tries, so that didn't have any impact.

Does your Sim have the secret spice perk ? Still bit confused what this is. Possible that it's the same as other issues reported.
