Bartenders not staying behind bar when on duty - STILL coming out to socialize

The issues with bartenders are NOT fixed. I'm still seeing multiple issues as you can see in the screenshots I've attached. They are either behind the bar and doing bartender type animations so they appear to be working, but when you click on the bar, there are no bartender related options. They are also still coming out from behind the bar to socialize with people at the bar - leaving the bar completely unattended. When they actually are behind the bar, the options to actually order a drink/food are sometimes there, but most of the time are not. I've seen this at multiple bars already so it's not specific to a particular location.
