Business owners used to be labeled as owners of their business in the work tab, but since the latest update, they are now labeled as unemployed. Only employees are correctly labeled.
This bug affects both old and new saves in my game, without any mods installed. It’s not game-breaking by any means, but it does hurt immersion.
