[BH] Custom tattoo CAS not working

First part: Do you only have issues with layered tattoos or generally ?

Also any mods/cc in your game ?

Ah thanks for linking me, I can see he seems to have the same issue as me. 

First Q: It's generally as it happened first with multiple layers, and then I tried again with just 1 layer and had the same issue. 

Second Q: Yes, I have object mods in my game

To be sure, after you tried layered once, it doesn't work for non-layered or it never works.

Does that issue make a difference if you tattoo played/unplayed Sims ?

I tested it out abit: 

NPC 1: multiple layers tattoo - customer reset when coming out of CAS, standing near table, no money (still in control of my sim)
NPC 2: Single layer tattoo - same as NPC 1
NPC 3: Multiple layer tattoo - went into customer household 

It was an NPC where I went into their household. But I'm not sure if maybe there's a difference between NPC's that are 'currently in world' or one's that are not. That could also be the issue. (sorry I didn't check the NPC name before I thought of this and couldnt confirm if he was living in world or not)

For the resets, do you get any LastException files ?
