Okay so I did all this and also started a new save and I'm still having this issue. My mods are all completely removed as well. Could this also be caused by the bug that is making the UI overlap in CAS when you first get into CAS?
*Also going into paint mode then back out resets the UI and it goes back to the right.
Tried my game and yes, I can dupe this. Easy fix though as you say.
