I have the same issue after yesterday's update. Every time I load the save file/load a new household after exiting to manage worlds mode, the employees are gone from that business.
If I enter another household small business where there should have been employees, only the owner works there.
I tried deleting all the mods, starting a new save file etc. The issue only appeared after yesterday's update.
