i have a small business and my employees keep removing themselves? I'll hire the sim and then when I reload the lot, the employee is no longer in my employees list. i removed all of my CC and tried this in a fresh save and it still occurs. i had another sim employed in the same save before the most recent patch (1.115.216.1030), both in my household and out of my household. my gameplay led me to fire him and the next time i played was after the patch and now my sims won't stay hired.
Has anyone found a solution? I've tried repairing and clearing cache. I still have the same problem. Tried on other households as well, same thing happens.

This appears to be a bug, and there is an active bug report about it. So bummed that this is ruining gameplay :(
