My sims runs a small business on his home lot for a while now and at first I’ve had no problems with it. He had one other employee and everything was running fine. Until 2 days ago where now when ever I log into the game all the employees keep getting removed where I have to rehire time and it says the sim that owns the business is unemployed as well. He can still control the business but it would say his job title is a SAHD and he no longer has anyone working for him. Is this happening to anyone else. How to fix it? I’ve even tried transferring the business and then transferring it back but it would do the same thing
This is happening to me as well. I have a small business that is not my home lot and every time I open my business I have to re-hire my employees and re-setup their tasks. So irritating.

This happens for me as well. My small business is on another lot and everytime I go home and come back to start up my small business all my employees are gone. I have to re add them everytime I load the lot back up. Before the latest update I didn’t have this problem. Can anyone suggest something to help?

I'm having the same issue. Whenever I close out of my game or leave my lot, my employee list clears. I've loaded into the employees, and it shows them as having a positive moodlet for a new job, but they're unemployed.
I tried repairing the game as well as creating a new save, and the error persisted with and without mods.
