Same problem here 😥 All businesses on my game have lost their employees, if I hire them again, they will disappear again as soon as I travel, reload the game or go into CAS.
I have tried the following:
- Testing on a new business/family
- Testing on a new save
- removing all mods and testing on a vanilla save
- repairing game

Nothing helps.... Kills the vibe of the gameplay! hope they fix this asap since a lot of us are us BH so much.
