I have this issue too. When I give a custom tattoo in B&H (as the business owner), I enter CAS, apply the tattoo, but when I leave CAS I am now in the customer's household. This applies to any customer from my played households (which is most of them alas). When I return to the business household the business has closed for the day and I have to reopen. I also have had the bug previous to this (still do, I think it started sometime last year?) of entering CAS in an active household, and upon leaving am no longer the active sim, but a different one in the same household,. Not really a big deal, I don't care, but the tattoo bug is a real pain since it really limits my ability to give my played sims custom tattoos.
