When I created my laundromat, I put a TV on the wall and included “watch TV” as a business activity, the idea being that customers would have something to do while they waited for their laundry. So customers hang around for a while watching TV, so I don’t have the problem of them starting their laundry and leaving, but they still don’t use the dryers. It looks like the issue is that “use dryers” is not included as an action in “do laundry.”
