[BH] Mămăligă not available as an option for family recipes

From what I can tell, you can make almost anything into a family recipe, but for some reason the Mămăligă just isn't an option? Not sure why that would be as its a low skill recipe and doesn't require any specific/special ingredients. Not game breaking obviously- but it seems like an unfortunate oversight- one that's currently throwing a wrench in my storytelling.
