to be sure, you have this issue only with Sims that travel with you as a group. If others arrive, they can get in fine ? Also in your own business they go in fine too ?
crinrict Good morning, correct the only issue is Sims I travel with who are not in my household. When we are at the Small Business Residential lot, the game will auto fill the small business with other customers and they have no trouble getting into the business. I haven't tried it yet with a business I own, only businesses owned by other Sims.
It seems to only effect lots that are Small Business Residential. When I changed the lot type to Small Business Venue, there were no issues with Sims I traveled with getting into the business.
But when I traveled to the Small Business Residential with just my household Sim and then used their phone to invite a non-household Sim to the Small Business Residential, the non-household Sim I invited was able to the enter the business.
