[BH] [S] Customers don't change into cold weather clothing for business

is your business inside or outside ?

Both, I have a cafe with playground. The kids show up in casual clothes, stand in the street for a long time, then go play in snow or playground. Some of them get inside before freezing

I have no problems with other ages groups,just kids. They stand there freezing or keep playing. Had 3 deaths today.

thanks for clarifying. Also to be absolutely sure, they don't freeze to death when inside, just outside cause they don't change their clothing ?

They are fine inside, some of them manage to get inside before freezing. 
I have other age groups show up in casual clothes sometimes but they immediately change to winter clothes - so no issues there.

I have all packs, no cc or mods ever. Most recent version of the game, though as this was happening a few days ago as well, also the previous version.  

Issue is: customers visit my small business (Small Business Residential lot if that makes a difference), which is a farm and therefore all outdoors, and do not wear weather appropriate clothing. I have had four deaths of customers during one heatwave, and in winter ended up closing the business early when I noticed sims were starting to show signs they might freeze to death. 

Obviously, not ideal to have my customers dying! But if the customers just changed into their cold weather or warm weather outfits like normal this wouldn't be a problem. In the meantime I'm just avoiding opening on heatwaves & will probably have to close the business all winter.
