are these always customers or also other Sims ? There's a similar report here: [BH] Customers in non-public areas | EA Forums - 11975096 but for that user they just disappear.
There's of course also the old issue but this could be a potential new cause: NPC Sim invades home - inconclusive Cause (Patch 1.110) | EA Forums - 4997435
