[BH] Sims won't clean/throw away dirty dishes/leftovers left by customers

Since the update that overhauled the way dirty plates in combination with the inventory works, my sims won't clean the dirty dishes or leftovers made by Business customers anymore or at least, won't complete the action.

I give my sims the command to clean all the dirty plates and they go out to collect them but instead of going to the trash can or to the dishwasher/sink, they collect several dirty plates and put them together on a random counter/table and they seem to be stuck in a loop of this and never completely finishing the command.

The sims never can complete the command with several trash cans, dishwashers and sinks available within reach.

Hired staff also won't put them away.

Dirty plates or leftovers created by small business customers also CANNOT be dragged to a sink/trash can/dishwasher manually, meaning, the dirty plates are stuck on the lot forever. Dirty plates that were made by my househould sims can get dragged and they will complete the command so it seems releated directly to Hobbies and Businesses since it's those dirty plates/leftovers that can't get cleaned leaving quite a horrible room...

 

I never used any CC or mods in my game and repaired my game many times.

I've searched the forum but couldn't find a report specifically reporting this issue.
