[BH] Skillful sleep started woodworking projects aren't cleared

If a projection works on handiness on the woodworking table, when the sim wakes up or projection moves on to another skill, an unfinished sculpture is left on the table which must be scrapped before anything can be done there. This is inconsistent with other skills (e.g. archaeology, cooking) where the project is cleared when the projection moves on/despawns.
