Same issue here, its a new bug in the patch, but I found a fix.
REMOVE THIS FROM YOUR TARGET CUSTOMER CRITERIA, and your employees should not randomly leave anymore. This fix works for me until EA officially fixes it or even acknowledges it
Thank you!! I removed this and my employee's did not leave! However, my business is a petting zoo and not having children or horses or pets is a pretty big damper on the business until this issue gets fixed.
This was fine until I reached 5 stars though. Now they leave suddenly. Also Sims I invite over won't come. Neither does Santa
I have the same problem, and removing this fixed my problem, thanks for the tip! The team should take note of this, and realize that the problem comes from here
