How to Keep Your Employees from Vanishing Issue - Are you having this bug where- Every time you leave your venue and come back, your employees are gone and must be rehired? Welp I have a workaround!

Solution: Don’t manually close your business. Let the game do it for you.

✅ Step-by-Step:

1. Go to your business venue.
2. Hire and assign your employees like normal.
3. Open the business for the day.
4. At the end of the day, do NOT manually close the business.

Instead, just have your Sim travel home (via phone or map).

The game will auto-close the business once you arrive home.

Next time you return to the venue— Employee is still there, still hired, and still doing their job.

🧠 Why it Works: It seems the auto-close process preserves the employee data, while the manual “Close Business” button may trigger a faulty cleanup script that wipes your staff.
