[BH] Small Business Perk Points Do Not Populate

This is happening to me. I have a bowling alley that I made, and I'm using B&H for the format of bowling alley. My Small Business Perks shows that the sim is almost at level 2 (Striving Startup), but 0 points are available for level 1 (Hopeful Hustle). There should be 1 perk point.

I'm on Xbox Series X, no mods/cc (have all packs)
