[BH] Some rooms don't have outline/don't allow room type assignment

As soon as I add railing to my stairs (and across the top step effectively creating another room) I can no longer assign as residents, public, or employees only. Spandrels also delete any room assign...

Hey Everyone, 

 

Has anyone come across a glitch when trying to run a small business on their lot the tab where you determine which rooms are for employees, family and customers is glitched. No drop down menu to be able to choose.

I'm having the same problem currently on two public space rooms that can't be given a room type.

Edit: Went to the main menu then came back and it let me assign the two not working rooms correctly now.
