I've been receiving new bills on days other than monday, up to three times a week since the last update. No mods, PC.

I've been getting them Monday, Wednesday at minimum (not sure if I'd get Tuesday, too, if I paid them immediately). While on Resitendial and Small Business Residential lots, in different households in different saves.
