This is happening to me intermittently since the patch. For me, it seems to be only the new photos since the patch that are having the problem (so far). It seems to be completely random for me. I think I was able to get a couple back by shift-clicking and "reset (debug)." I never use filters, never put any photos anywhere but in my inventory and on the wall, and usually just leave them in their default frame. I use the camera phone and the better quality camera that can be bought as a gift, I never use the tripod,
I'm on Xbox Series X so no mods/cc.
