I deleted the package file.
However, he is not in the park.

What happens if you start a new save game, does that let you do the search for another time capsule ?

The cartons can be re-bought from build mode.Having the same issue with week three. Tried to go see emit for a quest in the event, and he wasnt there. Tried deleting the file you suggested, and now I cant progress at all. The tasks arent even showing up...

Try restarting the game to see if they back up.Could you also post a screenshot of the upper left corner ?
