Inconsistent Manage Household Portraits and CAS for Pregnant Sims

I had this issue before but thought it was just the save file I was using, so I started a new one and realized the same issue was still going.

For sims that get pregnant sometimes in CAS it doesn't change their body type to show, and their models remain the same in Manage Household portraits even when they're ready to pop. I borrowed two sim households as examples even though I'm not personally playing them. 

And then, when I exit out of their house to the menu, their portraits change depending on which sim I tried to play last, making one or the other sim look not pregnant again (Both Scott and Vatore have pregnant sims here, both in 3rd trimester).

It's not a world-ending bug, but it is annoying to me.

I have loaded the game without mods as well and the issue still remains the same.

Thoughts?

EDIT: (side note, i accidentally saved over my game when i checked without mods so it's just modless now until further notice and fix everyone. oops.)
