Sorry if someone else has already posted about this, I couldn't find a related post myself. So, since the B&H Exp pack, I've had this particular issue when gardening:
Weeds don't show up, but then when I travel to another world and return to my home lot, turns out there's weeds. Now, I don't know if this is a bug or some kind of new feature. But I've never experienced it before. The way it's always worked for me, is that every day at around 6am all plants get their "status", bugs, weeds, water etc. Once you take care of your plants, they don't get any other issues until the next day.
Now, to note, this seems to happen more noticeably with giant crops planted on the "mounded in-ground and in-ground garden patches". I rarely see it show up on my regular crops I have planted in garden pots.
I use no mods, never have. I don't have any CC stuff since I usually refrain from downloading anything from the Gallery. If there's any more info you need, or if anyone has a fix, I'd sure appreciate it. This happens during all seasons and so far, I find myself making a point of travelling out of my home lot and back in just to double check that I didn't miss any weeds lol.
