I went into the sims 4 build and now I cant get out of it, cursor won't let me scroll to live mode again, tried restarting and hard restart but nothing happened, the game won't work at all so how am I supposed to play, u need to fix this before more people complain

Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
- Please choose a thread tag for either mods/cc removed if you tested without or never if you don't use any
- What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox). Please pick a thread tag for that.
- Could you explain what you mean by the cursor won't me scroll in live mode ? Is it frozen ?
