When attempting to build on an empty lot walls cannot be placed. I can place them across one or two tiles then the game absolutely refuses to place anymore, basically making build mode useless. The only way walls can be placed is by using the room (box) tool. I tried the custom wall tool and it pretends its going to work then refuses to let you place the walls and everything vanishes. I have repaired the game, deleted the cache, tested this on multiple empty lots, and more than one save file and the problem persists.
I am also unable to move the mailbox on an empty lot. I can pick it up and attempt to move it around but the game will not allow you to place it anywhere. Nowhere. The lots are flat, with no landscaping even and still you cannot move the mailbox anywhere, even if it is green and you would think you can.
I am not using any CC or mods, playing on a PC that was recently updated.
