So I keep going to build on lots and the game will keep popping up the thing that lets you move a room, make the walls taller, etc (that lil UI thing). And it keeps highlighting the build with unit outlines (even though it's not a rental property).
-Pc gamer, no cheats or mods. It goes away when I turn the units back off or click on a room and then unselect. But it keeps happening
