For some reason, only the first wall I build costs this much; additional walls seem to still cost $60. This was done on a regular residential lot with most packs installed and was recreated both with and without mods.
gave this a test and it works fine for me.
Does it matter which lot you are building on ? Did you delete cache files after removing mods/cc ?
This is happening on the 50x50 lot in Bellacorde. I did delete my cache files.
Bulldozed the lot there (existing save) and still can't duplicate.
Did you always test the same save or also a new one that never had mods/cc ?
Did you do a game repair ?
