Whenever my sim calls another sim on the phone I constantly get "bad reception due to off grid" moodlet. Neither lot is off grid and it seems to happen no matter what lot the call is from. This happens with every sim and has been happening since the new update.

I've been getting the moodlet as well and I never use the off grid lot and don't have mods. Doesn't matter who my sims call the moodlet will pop up.
This happens to me in every save, every household, never using the off the grid lot trait.

Incoming phone calls will no longer drop due to "Off Grid" when Sim isn't actually "Off Grid".
Fixed in Patch 1.119.109/2.23
