Can’t access the gallery/no gallery options in settings menu

This is still an ongoing issue… 

Same with me. On Xbox also. I just started a new save too. I need buildings! Lost my other save not too long ago so now I can only half play this game.

I've been working on this for 2 whole hours now.  I cannot connect to the gallery.  This just started today.  I wasn't having this issue until now.  What the heck is going on.  I tried everything.  

Has anything been done to resolve your issue I'm in the same boat

I pre ordered the the enchanted by nature! I don't even see the gallery option, just my library. Super frustrating. My PS5 works for Fortnite and other online gaming. So I know it's not an Internet issue. 

I finally figured it out! I had to link my EA acct!

Same here on Xbox series X. I can't get to the gallery. I accepted the new terms and after that, the account won't link anymore. I hit link account, then restart the game, and it doesn't stay linked. No matter how many times I go through hitting link account and restarting it just won't stay linked. So that means no gallery or rewards for the event.

I'm on Xbox, also unable to open the full gallery. Only my library. 

Just noticed it after recent pregnancy bug update.

I don't even have the button 'link ea account'

My PS5 is doing the same thing it started after update like it won't let me go to library or claim any of the quest things or anything like that and I have Internet just fine but this game is the only game I have that will not connect to Internet 

After trying it once, the "link EA account" doesn't open anything anymore on my end 

My game crashed after linking but the gallery was there after I reloaded the game.

EA_Solaire​  we're all having issues again it won't allow us to link to ea and you've moved our thread into a solved thread but its not working

Yeah ive tried restarting my ps5  and trying again its getting ridiculous 

Having the same issue. linked account multiple times, it doesn't work.

A couple of days ago i had no online features so had to link my ea account and everything was working fine come on today same thing but after clicking link account it restarts my game and still no online access 😢 

Same here I’ve tried doing everything. Nothing is working. I just recently bought the horses expansion pack, and I thought that was the issue but no it’s not. I’m starting to think this is a bug in the game but if it isn’t then this outrageous.

My game automatically restarts when I click the link EA account button it doesn’t give me an option to save afterwards I’m on an Xbox series S though so I don’t know if it might be different or what. 

I’ve had this problem since the most recent hot fix update i’ve tried everything from uninstalling the game and reinstalling it to restarting it as well as trying to link my EA account to my Xbox series S I’ve done that multiple times now and it still does not help. I play on an Xbox series S and I’m connected to the Internet so I don’t know what the problem is with EA but nothing’s working and I can’t look at the gallery and I can’t complete the natures calling event which I think it’s not fair due to the fact that I’ve completed most of it and I can’t even collect the rewards.
