Try linking your account to ea. Go to settings > Other > click link ea account > Save > then restart your game. It worked for me. Hope it does for you as well.
My game automatically restarts when I click the link EA account button it doesn’t give me an option to save afterwards I’m on an Xbox series S though so I don’t know if it might be different or what.
