Can’t follow teen sims to highschool

This was exactly what happened to me too :,) Sucks they still haven't fixed it, but glad to know I'm not crazy.

Has anyone found a fix yet? Repairing the game doesn't seem to work, unfortunately. Nothing else I've tried works either...

Sending your teenage sims to high school is the whole idea of the pack, yet this main, core feature of this $60 pack hasn't worked since 2023. They have periods where it's temporarily fixed but then they pump out an update or a new pack and it's broken again..

I reported this bug already three separate times and was part of a thread revolving around this bug that didn't get marked fixed until a year later after the original post and guess what? It's still not fixed because I'm dealing with it AGAIN! This is so ridiculous and I genuinely think it's time to either retire this non-functional pack and give refunds or let people exchange it for an actually functional pack of the same value because clearly it's never going to function correctly.

just bought this pack two days ago super dissapointed I am unable to follow my sim to highschool... I'm really thinking about disputing the charge because I feel like I just wasted my money on this pack and I'm not even able to utilize it... ugh EA really needs to do better... 

Fixed cases where there would be no pop up option to Join school or Send Alone when Teen should be going to the Highschool.
