I recently bought the Discover University and I have been trying to enroll a sim in university and move to campus housing, but after selecting all the options the final screen (moving my sim out and selling lot furnishings) the game freezes and will not progress further.
I downloaded today's update, removed all mods, repaired the game, restarted the game repeatedly and it will still freeze in the same place.

Since the latest update I can't transfer my sims out of households.
Neither can I. I made a multi generation family intending to split them into different lots after moving them in but it doesn't work. I even tried manage households in neighborhood view.
Update: You can move Sims out individually. But you can't do a couple.
Same since the update aka for some reason Today not yesterday it gave me the bug and I have nothing mod wise on my game that is outdated or causing issues :/ I really wanted to split my multi household was bum I can't now
I also dont have any mod or anything and am having this issue as well. When i try to split household i can click on them but the arrows dont work to transfer them.
You can move them one at a time. A real annoyance but it works. 😊
I am having this issue as well. I am currently playing without mods in a brand new save file. I can transfer sims between existing households but it won't let me make a new household. It says transferring is not allowed.
Since the recent update I am unable to transfer Sims from one household to another. When I hover the mouse over the arrow it just says "Transfer is not available". I can't split families up. No mods in game. Tried repairing the game but it didn't help.
Splitting the Household and moving out through the Phone is now possible.
Fixed in Patch 1.110.311 / 2.03
