This bug has been addressed before, but I don't know if anyone has re-reported after the July 10, 2025 update.
I have a vanilla game, no mods/cc, up to date with all DLC except Batuu.
After my child sim aged up to teen, I could no longer plan any goaled events on says that corresponded to HSY events, and there was no way to delete the HSY events. After removing my teen from the household, I was able to plan goaled events as usual.
