I tried to change the lot type to small business/residential/park/bar etc. Nothing works. I tried to move my sims in the lot when it was residential to see if it going to be different, didn't work. Still cant open a business on residential. I can purchase the lot via phone but when I tried to open it, nothing happen. I tried to close the game many times, repair the game, delete localthumbnailcache, delete my mods, same thing.

Think someone even mentioned retail before but I can't remember in which thread. Putting this on review for now but might close later if I find another thread on this.
Since EA is looking for saves for the open issue, could you make sure to send yours ? You'll find instructions in the thread.
