After this last big update, my Sim is unable to use yoga mat, and the build/buy mode drop-area for yoga mats is massive. Yoga mats won't work on ground OR from sim inventory. In addition, there is no option to meditate either.

Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.

Ok, yoga mats got fixed when I took the mods out. Sim still can't meditate though.
How high is your skill level ?
Does it appear on the ground ?
Her wellness skill is level 8. And no, option to meditate doesn't appear when clicking on ground either. Only 'Teleport here'.
Does it work if you use the stool thingy ?

Nope. It's like the ability to meditate is just completely vanished. I took out my mods, repaired the game, and tried with other sims as well. The option to meditate just isn't there.
With all your Sims ? It's working fine for me.
I assume you updated today ?
