When creating a tiny home (32 squares), after placing the fourth rood (specifically a half-gabled roof), I can no longer delete, edit, bulldoze the lot or make any changes to the roofing placed.
Ideas
Adding to this: when exiting back to the main menu, the game gets stuck on the loading screens and has to be force-quit.
