When creating a tiny home (32 squares), after placing the fourth rood (specifically a half-gabled roof), I can no longer delete, edit, bulldoze the lot or make any changes to the roofing placed.

colourmeorange93 I'm not sure what you have going on. Could you post again and add a couple of pics that show how the roofs are arranged. One with walls up, and one with walls in the middle setting please.
And what platform are you playing on? Xbox, PS4/5, Mac or PC. If playing on a computer, are you using mods and/or CC?
One thing that will clear up issues like this sometimes is saving the lot to your library, bulldozing the lot and replacing it with the copy in your Library.

Further testing/playing revealed it only happened when playing a particular scenario (unsure of the name; the character is Nova Curious, and the first questline is "Stuck in their Shadow").
I'm on PC, and I have had no issues (ever) until the recent patch. No mods or CC. I couldn't even bulldoze when the issue happened. No delete, no sledgehammer, no bulldoze (even exiting build mode and re-entering didn't fix it). I ended up deleting my entire game and all my saves, redownloading and reinstalling, which seems to have fixed it.
