The Hotfix fixed some of the Drag-Issues. Empty dishes can be dragged and elements can be stored into the Elemental Display Rack.
But (empty) water glasses still can't be dragged.

You mean the "npcs invade houses" bug? Yes, this is annoying especially in sulani, where those npcs freak out because of fears they have.
Regarding the Drag-Issue i have a new situation: I have rebuilt the house and now the npcs don't use the kitchen sink but the bathroom sink and now i have different interactions and it shows that my sim is not the owner.
This is different from the situation before where i had only the "clean up" interaction and nothing else.
