Thanks. Nothing stands out other than your XBox Overlay crashing. You might want to turn that off under Windows Settings > Gaming
Can you try the following
- Make sure the game is closed
- Make sure you have hidden folder unhidden on windows (let me know if you need instructions for that)
- Go to User > <your username> > AppData > Local and move the complete TS4 folder to the desktop
- Go to Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and move the following file to the Desktop: userSettings(.ini)
- Start the game.
- All Moola bought content will be uninstalled so you need to reinstall it again (hopefully for the last time)
- Start the game
- Report back with the result.

I tried doing this but sadly the issue still occurs :(

I'm a bit at loss what else to try but I have one more idea to see if it's something about that appData folder or another issue altogether.
No worries you can reinstall it through EA app again afterwards. This is just for testing.
- Uninstall one of the build mode kits you have bought earlier through EA app
- Install it through the Marketplace instead
- Check in the game if it has the same issues as the other packs
- You can then uninstall it again and reinstall through EA app.
