Can't interact in-game with marketplace bought kit items

the Kitchen Clutter kit under the Marketplace sale, but I have trouble with the supposed gameplay-granting items such as: the cookie jar, the cereal box, the 'alarm' kitchen clock, and the grocery bag (very dissapointed by this). No mods

I cleared the cache, repaired the game, uninstalled and reinstalled the packs via the Marketplace storage management, and started a new game, but the problem still persists.

No mod no cc, I do not observe any interaction I don't get any interaction when I click on the bar counter—only "Make into an keepsake."  I purchased the kit via the marketplace using a credit card.

Could you please provide the following information

• Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
• What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox). Please pick a thread tag for that.
• How is it not working ? Do you not have any interactions ?
• Did you buy the kit through the marketplace ?

Hello, just chiming in to say I have this same issue after buying three kits from the marketplace during the most recent sale. I do have mods, but took them out to test, and it was still happening. 

Uninstalling and reinstalling before playing a save file is the only thing that makes them work.

Hello, I have a similar issue on PC. I bought kitchen clutter, restoration workshop, and party essentials through the marketplace. I can't interact with any of the functional items in my save, unless I manually uninstall/reinstall the packs through the marketplace before loading my save. 

I uploaded and sent all my Files to EA_Solaire​ as requested, and I've followed advice for suggested troubleshooting steps to uninstall/reinstall the kits using the Marketplace Manage Storage, but the issue persists.

I also had an EA support ticket but they just said it's a known issue and closed the ticket with no resolution or workaround.

Main problem:

1) The kits from the Marketplace are installed and the items are available in game, but some of the items cannot be interacted with in Live mode. For example, when you click on a chair or sofa in Live mode, it should give the option to "sit", but the only option it shows is Heirloom/Magic/etc.

2) The kits from the Marketplace are not listed "In Library" on Steam or EA Account like they usually are. For example, prior to the Marketplace update, I bought Pastel Pop kit on Steam, and it says "In Library" on both Steam and EA, and Wonderland Playroom kit shows as available to purchase on both platforms even though I bought it on the Marketplace and the items are available but not functioning.

In my current save, on a new lot, I tested all non-decor items that should have Live Mode interactions.

Here's my list of Marketplace-purchased, non-decor items missing interactions:

* SP41 Basement treasures kit: Broken - chair, sofa, bookshelf, TVs, lights / Working - none

* SP75 Wonderland playroom kit: Broken - TV, drink tea set / Working - chairs, sofa, bookshelf, lights

* SP57 Cozy kitsch kit: Broken - candle / Working - chair, sofa, bookshelf, lights, music stereo

* SP45 Modern Luxe kit: Broken - chairs, music record player / Working - TV, bookshelf, lights

* SP31 Decor to the max kit: Broken - chair, sofa / Working - lights

* SP23 Courtyard oasis kit: Broken - chair, sofa, fountain / Working - lights

* SP52 Riviera Retreat kit: Broken - drink tray / Working - chair, loungers, candle

The issue isn't affecting all items within the kits, and for the types of items affected, I'm not seeing a discerning pattern:

Chair/sofa: broken 5, working 4

Bookshelf: broken 1, working 3

Light/candle: broken 2, working 6

Music stereo: broken 1, working 1

Drink tray: broken 1, working 1

Most chairs and sofas are broken, except Riviera Retreat and Wonderland Playroom kit chairs and sofas work fine. Modern Luxe TV works, but Wonderland Playroom TV is broken, and Basement Treasures includes a decor TV and a functional TV and it doesn't work. Modern Luxe record Player doesn't work, but Cozy Kitsch radio does. All beds, storage dressers, mirrors, vanity tables, fires, storage items, etc if not listed here I tested and verified working.

Not all kits I got from the Marketplace have the issue, either, for example Desert Luxe and Modern Retreat are working fine.
