I opened up a small business.
Instead of giving me prompts, the game automatically assigned me a "generic business." I can't open Small Business settings. I click and nothing happens. I want to make a cafe, but I can't open the settings to make it so customers can drink coffee.
Is this with or without mods/cc ?

I can add more info. I play with mods, all of which are updated and current, my game is up to date, and I've repaired it three times and I still can't get my small business panel to function.
All issues in the bug forum must be tested on a vanilla game.
To verify on a vanilla game, move your mods folder to the desktop and delete the following files from your user folder.
- localthumbcache
- Any lastException Files
- Any LastCrash files.
Test a backup of your save as you will loose all cc on the save and see if the same error occurs, then report back.

This issue exists with and without mods/CC. I have BetterBuildBuy, TOOL, and MCCC installed and that is it.
All of these are mods. Did you remove those ? To be sure. You removed those and did the steps below ?
If so, does it work on a new save ? Do you get any lastException files ?
Are you still having issues with this without mods/cc installed ?
