This happened to me, vanilla PC save (no mods/CC). I had to reset the pizza box, which threw it on the floor inside the house, and the delivery guy is still on the porch, unable to be sent off or even clicked on
I hope he leaves eventually
It's NYE in my game, so I'm not sure if it will happen outside of a holiday or event
