my game won't save, even when i go into create a sim and then i hit save it comes up with Error21, it's been like this now for over a week

Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do. Please pick a thread tag for that
- What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox). Please pick a thread tag for that.
- Is Error 21 the only issue you're having or are you also seeing a message about a failed SDX download ?
