Can't woohoo in community lots

Playing on PS5, so no mods installed. I've noticed my sims can only woohoo at home, meaning I can't complete the romantic explorer aspiration. When I visit a community lot, the Woohoo interation either doesn't appear or is greyed out. This happens with every household/couple whether they're married or not.

    is the closet the only object you have issues with or also for example with blanket or woohoo bush ?

    Hello! I haven't tried bushes or blankets. I've noticed the issue happens with closets, dumpsters and showers (all in different lots and neighbourhoods). I'll check the bushes/blankets and let you know. Thank you.
